Since 2007 Tucker has been dedicated to real estate and becoming a market intelligence specialist. Gathering and interpreting the information at hand and tailoring it to his client’s unique situation. Providing wisdom, not merely stats or data. This comes from years of experience, a passion for learning, and 100’s of negotiations.
A broad real estate background doesn’t hurt either. Tucker obtained an in-depth education through BCIT’s Real Estate and Marketing Management program. After a brief stint in commercial real estate, Tucker spent many years managing new construction pre-sales for some of the top developers in the Fraser Valley. Born in North Vancouver, Tucker lived the nomadic life throughout his early twenties. Residing in a wide range of Lower Mainland areas, such as Kits, Metrotown, Coal Harbour, Walnut Grove, and South Surrey, before planting roots in Murrayville, where Tucker and his family have lived since 2016. Tucker loves the Valley. He’s just a country boy at heart!
Tucker has been married to his wonderful wife Heather since 2010 and is a loving Father to his two amazing daughters.
